Hiring for Client Liaison & Medical Assistant @ Atlas Health Method

Atlas Health Method, an established leader in chiropractic neurology since 2007, is seeking to hire a Client Liaison & Medical Assistant to work in the clinic office located in Fairfax, California. We are expanding our organization to meet the growing needs of a post-pandemic health crisis and are looking to bring on board a new valued member that will grow with us.

Dr. Joseph P. Smith is a Chiropractic Neurologist who specializes in complex cases and brain optimization. We offer a powerful, cutting-edge approach to health care because we've created a truly unique formula to help our clients feel better and reach their goals. Our proprietary method, known as The Atlas Method, offers a new and personalized approach to healing and combines chiropractic neurology, advanced assessment tools, patient education and therapies from many of the healing arts to achieve both short-term, rapid recovery and long-term, sustainable health.

As a public interfacing liaison between clients and the doctor, this position is critical for a positive client experience and eventual sustained recovery. Day-to-day activities may vary based on particular client needs. The ability to exhibit fluid decision making dynamics in the work environment based on needs, demonstrate clarity in communication, illustrate prioritization and showcase genuine compassion are fundamental skills to success in this position.

This is a part-time position: Monday - Thursday from 9am - 4pm. Responsibilities include:

Client Liaison:

> Creating a compassionate warm friendly interface between client and doctor.

> Adapt communication style to meet needs of client in that moment.

> Communicate with clients for general inquiries, such as office operations, payment, patient portal, etc.

> Liaise with clients as intermediary for the doctor during times before and after visits.

> Book client appointments, taking payment and coordinate care including ordering supplements & therapies.

> Initiate communication with clients to engage in followup.

> Scaling lab results using numbers on Mac.

Front Office:

> Maintain hospitable, safe and friendly office environment.

> Chronologically organizing case review files and assisting clients in gathering case review material.

> Place out supplements or other therapies for client pick up.

> Coordinate fully stocked inventory and supplies.

Medical Assistant:

> Create requisitions for Doctor, place results into chart and scale results when necessary.

> Assist client with new patient exams, charting and therapies when needed.

> Take blood pressure, run office diagnostics like: Montreal Cognitive Assessment, forceplate assessment, pupilometry, bio-impedance analysis, heart rate variability, videonystagmography, dynomometry, tilt table, spark motion and righteye.

Experience in the following disciplines or related fields is helpful, but not required:

> General business items that assist with visibility and reputation.

> Community engagement.

> Menu planning

> Event planning

> Employee hiring & training

> Personal training

Proficiencies: Mac computers.
