Office Administrator / Accounting Assistant
Full-Time | $35/hour | Health, Dental & Vision | Paid Vacation | Performance Bonus
Location: Hayward, CA
We're hiring a full-time Office Administrator / Accounting Assistant to handle day-to-day office and accounting operations. This is a solo office position, reporting directly to the Owner and Operations Manager - ideal for someone who's organized, reliable, and enjoys running the show.
Responsibilities include:
Managing QuickBooks Online (QBO) entries, invoices, AP/AR, and payroll (Paychex).
Processing weekly payroll, handling certified payroll reports, compliance paperwork, and union reporting.
Coordinating with vendors, customers, and drivers on daily operations.
Processing insurance renewals, business licenses, and general office tasks.
Requirements:
Strong QBO, Excel, and Microsoft Word skills.
3+ years of administrative/accounting experience.
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Compensation & Benefits:
$35/hour + Health, Dental & Vision Insurance + Paid Vacation + Performance Bonus
