In our continued commitment to provide seamless service to both our External as well as our Internal Customers within our Lines of Business, our National Finance Group currently has an opportunity for a Senior Systems Support Manager. In this Senior Leadership role, you will be responsible for evaluating current technology trends while ensuring our current systems are running efficiently and meeting our business needs. You will partner with the heads of business in our consumer and mortgage lending division as well as our credit/debit card division, to consult and advise them on industry best practices, and to find system solutions to business pain points.

NFG Systems Support Manager, your responsibilities will include:
• Directing the development and administration of systems activities for major business lines within the National Finance Group
• Providing current views of best practices and industry trends for automated solutions
• Recommending and developing business proposals for software and hardware solutions in conjunction with bank partners for the application of technology and business solutions
• Participating in vendor networking, development processes and steering opportunities to promote development, anticipate business needs and remain current in business trends
• Developing with bank partners and vendors both long-range and short-range plans while providing details for the acquisition and installation of software and equipment
Minimum Qualifications:
• Expert knowledge of operational systems in the financial field
• Minimum of 10 years banking experience; with 5 or more years in mainframe distributed business system administration and client management
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with an emphasis in MIS or Business
• Experience in customer delivery services through internet, phone and voice response
• Proven vendor management
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong business consulting skills
• Strong relationship building and collaboration skills
• Strong client management skills; ability to influence and constructively challenge the status quo
• Proven ability to solve problems with keen instincts and organizational skills
• Proven ability to stay informed and networked within the technology industry
Preferred Qualifications:
• MBA
• Masters Degree in Computer Science
• Thorough knowledge of Consumer lending/underwriting
• Experience with conversion as well as project management
