With this comes an enormous need to optimize organizational strategy, design and deploy new organizational models and facilitate transformations with business leaders to make this transition.
The OD Enablement Group is now investing in building practice leadership roles to meet the huge transformational needs of Cisco, and build the required ecosystem to facilitate this journey.
This is a unique opportunity to not only consult on Cisco’s most significant large scale organizational projects but also play a key role in establishing and developing a community practice , the first of its kind globally at Cisco.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Practice leader for either Talent or Organizational Design will have the accountabilities in the following areas:
-High Impact Delivery. Working on Cisco’s most difficult and impactful Organizational projects you will bring a level of expertise that will accelerate the effectiveness and impact. Working with HRP and business teams in a leveraged model you will bring and drive adoption of practice expertise to the business problem in a way that grows capability in the business, whilst creating benchmark ROI and practices
-Development of Community of Practice. You will be responsible for the adoption, growth and ecosystem capability for your practice. This will include the design, delivery of learning, establishment of partners, best practice sharing forums or other vehicles
-Thought and Intellectual Property Leadership. Partnering with other HR COE’s you will ensure we are at the leading edge of converting thought leadership to practice leadership. This includes propagation of best practices, capturing and sharing of case studies and IP, creation of IP and stewardship if I/We content
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
•A minimum of ten years experience in Business Consulting, HR or Organizational Consulting. This could be gained either “in house” or in external consulting organizations or in highly progressive HR organizations. Ideal specialties of Talent and/or Organizational Design
•Strong expertise and a demonstrated track record of a broad range of organizational effectiveness methodologies in large scale transformations including strong performance outcomes from projects
•Successful experience working in diverse cultural environments and regions
•Complex facilitation expertise with
Executive teams, Project teams and HR teams
LEADERSHIP COMPETENCIES :
•Excellent Customer Management, and Client engagement skills with Executives
•Strong Personal Leadership and influence. Ability to collaborate, mobilize and engage multiple stakeholder groups at different levels
•Strong execution capability. Can demonstrate both hands on delivery expertise as well as the ability to coach and guide others through projects.
