Incumbent serves as a Clinical Dietetic Technician and is responsible for assisting the clinical dietitian in providing medical nutrition therapy, patientEducation, and diet communication functions in an 800+ bed acute care facility, which is affiliated with Stanford University and California State University at San Jose. Tour of Duty: 7:30am to 4:00pm or 8:00 to 4:30pm (Work rotating weekends & holidays)
