Technical writing or documentation experience. Experience working in an FDA regulated environment. PC troubleshooting and repair with some networking knowledge highly desirable. Project management SKILLS: High performance Field Service Engineer skills, with emphasis on Computer controlled Electro-mechanical devices, medical field preferred. Excellent verbal and written communications. Some small group technical training, and/or facilitated learning desired. Problem Solving, Creativity, Communication, and Facilitated learning required. Duties and Responsibilities: Technical training delivery (instrument system hardware, software, etc) Technical product Support (direct interaction with customers) Assist and occasionally draft service manuals, procedures, tool and spares kits, tech bulletins, etc. Technical project management for products and routine projects
