Specific ResponsibilitiesThe CVCM Senior HR/OE Partner plays an integral role in moving the CVCM org towards becoming the World Class Supply Chain organization. We have a critical need for an individual to play the strategic partner role to assist in maintaining organizational alignment through partnerships with the business. This person will lead efforts across CVCM and will partner with the HR business partners to create and drive organization effectiveness, and
Support business leaders in building OE capability.
In this role, you will have the responsibility to:
•Serve as a trusted business partner to the various executives within CVCM to drive organizational effectiveness and organizational alignment
•Lead strategic projects – organizational design, effectiveness and change management that result in positive impact on the business
•Create and implement solutions that align employees with CVCM strategy and vision, by facilitating strategic priority discussions, goal alignment and goal deployment sessions across the different organizations.
•Conduct organizational diagnostic using fact-based methodologies to identify critical issues and root causes; provide objective, data-based perspective on relevant organizational and HR issues and recommend/implement and measure appropriate interventions to address organizational issues. Lead organizational design, organizational development, talent development, change management, process re-engineering as required by the project

•Provide thought leadership, consulting, and implementation support, as well as organizational development and change management tools.
•Partners with CVCM Senior Leaders to diagnose complex organizational design and development needs. Facilitates complex organizational discussions/ problem solving while maintaining a high level of leadership engagement and involvement
•Helps to develop/design the integration of CVCM strategy and Employee and Organizational Capabilities
•Driving the Talent Management Process – alignment of resources to the top priorities, building capabilities needed to achieve the stated vision & strategy and investment in the talent
Your performance will be measured by your achievement against the duties above as well as additional responsibilities. You will report directly to the CVCM Senior Director of HR.
Required Experience and Skills
The ideal CVCM HR/OE Partner will possess the following experience and skills
•BA/BA
•MS/MBA in Organizational Development, Org Effectiveness, Strategic Management
•Consulting experience in manufacturing/operating environments
•PMP certification is a plus
•Experience in working in integrated supply chain environments (advanced
Manufacturing, global
Manufacturing, CM management, materials planning, demand planning operations)
•Full proficiency with a personal
Computer and all MS Office applications – especially Excel and PowerPoint
•Strong cross-functional Project Management experience across key enterprise functions
•Strong understanding of Change Management,
Human Resources and Communications principles
•Acute sense of situational awareness - critical

•Experience leading complex OE projects across business units, countries and preferably regions
•Experience influencing stakeholders from all organizational levels
