Position Summary
Responsible for managing high complexity/sensitive IT projects, including project planning, development and execution. Manages the delivery of a solution that meets bank business requirements and solves stated business problems within agreed upon budget and schedule.
Position Accountabilities
1.Develops highly complex work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports using established standards. Identifies the tasks and responsibilities of the project team and provides technical and
Administrative project direction.
2.Holds project meetings to ensure project meets deadline and specifications. Prepares project tracking, reports and analysis. Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
3.Anticipates potential problem areas and proactively develops a solution to mitigate slippage and/or budget variances.
4.Develops test plans, test conditions and scripts using highly complex concepts of business knowledge.
5.Manages the integration of vendor tasks and contractual commitments, and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables.
6.Provides highly technical and analytical guidance to project teams.
7.Builds strong, collaborative relationships across business levels and functions.
8.Develops business proposals to meet client needs. Evaluates and recommends various technical solutions to meet requirements.
9.Maintains expert knowledge of current and emerging technologies. Interprets their applicability to short and long-term bank needs.

Education or Equivalent Experience
•Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Required Experience
•Five to seven+ years of IT experience
•Four to five+ years of experience as an IT project assistant or IT project manager
