Position SummaryThe person in this position will work Monday - Friday and rotating Saturdays.
Responsible for fostering growth of relationships within the Bank through sales/service of loan and deposit products (i.e., consumer and business products) to new and existing customers. Understands, communicates and works to achieve the mission of the Bank.
Position Accountabilities- Packages consumer/mortgage loans and submits for approval. Reviews and completes loan documents with customer.
- Works with business clients to package BusinessLink products.
- Generates new business through in-branch selling, outside calls, telemarketing and targeted direct mailings.
- Expands existing customer relationships by cross-selling products/services.
- Completes documentation necessary to open/maintain new consumer and business deposit accounts.
- Participates in selling Bank products and provides superior
Customer Service. Handles more complex sales transactions.
- Assists in the
Training of
Financial Services Consultants and
Financial Services Representatives.
- Participates in events that demonstrate
Support for the community and increase business opportunities for the Bank.
- Complies with all polices/procedures related to the new account process.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Training and experience
Required Experience- One to three years
Banking or related experience
Field of Experience- Knowledge of bank products and services
- Knowledge of consumer and
Mortgage lending principles
